Day 174 – Wisdom
Proverbs 21:22 A wise man scales the city of the mighty and brings down the trusted stronghold.
- God’s names:
- YAHWEH/JEHOVAH – Self-existent, Eternal
- Elohiym of Tsaba – Supreme God of Hosts
- Yeshuwa/Iesous – Jesus
- Hagios Pneuma – Sacred, Holy, Violent Wind, Breath, Spirit
- Theos – Supreme Divinity
- Kurios – Supreme Authority
- God’s character:
- Wisdom
- Might
A person can think he’s impregnable to everything. He has the strongest fortification possible to protect him from whoever might come against him. However, he doesn’t plan against intellect. Intellect has won more battles than strength.
Solomon was the wisest man of his time. He knew wisdom could topple kingdoms faster than strength. When he used the wisdom YAHWEH gave him, he fortified himself against everything man could bring against him.
Solomon knew the story of his father’s life, how YAHWEH defeated the boasts of those who came against him.
2 Samuel 5:6 And the king and his men went to Jerusalem against the Jebusites, the inhabitants of the land, who spoke to David, saying, “You will not come in here; but the blind and the lame will repel you,” thinking, “David cannot come in here.” 7 Nevertheless, David took the stronghold of Zion (that is, the City of David).
10 So David went on and became great, and YAHWEH Elohiym of Tsaba was with him.
You don’t need strength to win your battles when Satan comes against you. You only need the wisdom Yeshuwa gave you to see through his lies to keep you captive to his will. When you use the discernment of the Hagios Pneuma, you will always defeat Satan. He is powerless against you.
Zechariah 4:6 So he answered and said to me: “This is the word of YAHWEH to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Pneuma,’ says YAHWEH of Tsaba.
Satan will always come against you. He will use whatever lies he can to defeat you. However, his lies are powerless against the might and wisdom of the Hagios Pneuma. Let His counsel defeat Satan’s lies.
You have everything you need to defeat Satan.
1 Corinthians 12:1 Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I do not want you to be ignorant. 2 You know that you were Gentiles, carried away to these dumb idols, however you were led. 3 Therefore, I make known to you that no one speaking by the Pneuma of Theos calls Iesous accursed, and no one can say that Iesous is Kurios except by the Hagios Pneuma. 4 There are diversities of gifts, but the same Pneuma. 5 There are differences of ministries, but the same Kurios. 6 And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same Theos who works all in all. 7 But the manifestation of the Pneuma is given to each one for the profit of all: 8 for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Pneuma, to another the word of knowledge through the same Pneuma, 9 to another faith by the same Pneuma, to another gifts of healings by the same Pneuma, 10 to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. 11 But one and the same Pneuma works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills.
Satan’s battle is lost before he even comes against you when you stand in the might and wisdom of the Hagios Pneuma.
Let’s pray: Father, thank you for giving me Your strength and wisdom to defeat Satan when he comes against me. Remind me that he is powerless when he comes against me because You live in me. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
