My longest trip was when I went to Guam back in 1986. My husband was in the Navy and got stationed there. We were there for 16 months. It as a wonderful trip there. We were on board a flight with a full compliment of submariners who were going to get their ship on Guam. There were three officers sitting behind me and my two kids. My oldest would hit his head against the seat back and bring the tray table down behind him. The officer didn’t mind. In fact the officers behind us were wearing goggles, snorkel, and fins. One officer each wore one of those items. It was hilarious to have my son hit his head against the seat and see the officer with the goggles just calmly put it back in place. There were also paper airplanes being flown across the cabin. My husband took part in that. It was a fun trip.
