There have been times in my life when I tried doing other things to earn money. I tried my hand at seamstress, but only had one customer. She loved the outfit I made for her.

I’ve tried my hand at a few different things, but the only thing that has stayed constant is my writing.

I tried volunteering at the local hospital when I was between jobs. No money, but the experience and helping paid more than money ever could.

Now my enterprises are in my social life. I love to paint rocks, and found I’m good at it. I don’t think I would enjoy it as much if I painted them as a side hustle.

So, side hustles have never been part of my life. Writing is what I love and what gets me through each day and I have 13 published books.

Do you have side hustles? Thanks for reading. The image is my desk where I do all my writing.
